Torbay is comprised of the towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham.

Known as the English Riviera it boasts over 22 miles of beautiful Devon coast line.

You will find excellent beaches, good shopping, fine restaurants and many attractions for all ages.

The coastline, between Sharkham Point in the south and Maidencombe in the North, contains almost infinite variety with beaches and coves, ruined fortresses, bird sanctuaries, golf courses, cliff walks, seafront gardens, fishing harbours and marinas.

From sailing, surfing and canoeing to boat trips, fishing and diving, the choice of activities along Devon's dual coastlines is varied and fun, offering something for enthusiasts and beginners, of all ages.

The Countryside

Rolling green hills, and wooded river valleys combining with lively market towns and traditional villages - the perfect locations for exploring the great outdoors. Discover hundreds of miles of way marked footpaths and bridleways, welcoming country pubs, specialist shops, lively farmers' markets and bustling market towns. 

The Moors

Dartmoor, in the south, embraces wild landscapes and picture postcard villages. Exmoor, lies in the north and combines breathtaking rugged coastline with wild heather moorland. 

Devon has the most fantastic natural environment and can be explored on foot, by bike or even by canoe.
