ROOM CONTENT

All rooms are en-suite (either bath with shower or walk-in shower), colour television, hairdryer, clock and tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms at the Kistor have direct dial telephones. Some have trouser press and fridge.

PRICING

Management reserve the right to change tariff prices without notification.

PAYMENT

Balance of payment is due on arrival.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Guests can arrive and leave cases any time on day of arrival but rooms will not be available until 2.30pm. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10am on day of departure.

EARLY DEPARTURE

No allowance can be made for temporary absence due to early departure from dates booked and meals not taken.

CANCELLATION

The Hotel reserves the right to charge 2/3’s of the total cost of holiday if unable to re-let rooms. Therefore we strongly recommend taking advantage of the cancellation protection scheme we have in place. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstance, however they may be transferable at managements discretion.

INSURANCE

Insurance against any illness and unforeseen circumstances is advised.

DAMAGE

The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages or breakages to hotel property caused by its guests.

Cancellation Protection

When you make a hotel reservation you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you cancel your reservation you will lose your deposit (however this may be transferable at the managements discretion). If the hotel is unable to re-let the reserved rooms, we reserve the right to charge up to 2/3’s of the total cost of your holiday. Therefore, we strongly recommend you take advantage of the cancellation protection scheme.

For only £1.00 per person per day you can insure against cancellation charges, if you cancel for one of the following reasons:

DEATH - INJURY - ILLNESS - JURY SERVICE WITNESS IN THE COURT OF LAW - REDUNDANCY

All you need to do is tick the box on the booking form and enclose the fee along with your deposit. If you do not require the cancellation protection sign the declaration and only send your deposit. Bookings are also accepted by phone.
